Roy Medich, OAM, CLO

Joint Managing Director

 

Roy started in the the family business in the 1960s, managing the Regal Theatre in Liverpool when he was just 20 years old, and then the El Toro Hotel and Stardust Hotel during the 1970s, aswell as managing the family's farming operations at Campbelltown and Bringelly.

 

As well as his responsibilities as Managing Director for Medich Corporation and as a Director of each of the companies within the group, Roy is busy with a wide range of community commitments, which are detailed on our Community page.

 

Roy was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for services to the community through fundraising in 1999, and a Companion of the Order of Liverpool (CLO) in 1997, Liverpool’s highest award for community service. In 2003 Roy was awarded the Centenary of Federation Medal for his services to the Liverpool Community.

Anthony Medich

Joint Managing Director

 

Anthony has worked in the family business since 1992, after completing his Bachelor of Economic (Accounting) at the University of Sydney and a Masters of Commerce at UNSW.

 

He originally worked as a Property Manager, looking after the group’s growing portfolio of land and shopping centres in the western suburbs of Sydney. He is now responsible for the day-to-day operations of Medich Corporation and is a Director of each of the companies within the group.

 

Whilst working on the Norton Plaza development in Leichhardt, Anthony became heavily involved in local community activities and fundraising. The Medich Property Group was awarded the Ludwig Leichhardt Award for Services to Leichhardt in 2008, in recognition of Anthony’s work in the community.

Daniel Dwyer

Daniel Dwyer

General Manager

 

Daniel joined Medich Corporation in 2011 as General Manager and has experience in the fields of law, project finance and information communications technology.
 
He has completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Information Technology, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Master of Laws (International Business and Economics) and a Master of Emergency Management.
 
Daniel assists in the day-to-day operations of the Medich Corporation.
 
Prior to working for the Medich Corporation, Daniel was a Director within the NSW State Government (Emergency Management NSW).
 
Daniel was admitted as a solicitor (NSW Supreme Court and High Court of Australia) in 2005 and previously worked for Freehills (up until 2010), where his work consisted of project finance, consumer finance and technology matters.
 
Daniel is currently a Member of the NSW Law Society, Australian Computer Society, Australian Institute of Emergency Services, the University of Western Sydney Law Alumni (Executive Committee) and a founding Director of Network Kokoda (a not for profit organisation established to benefit the people of Papua New Guinea).
