Halcyon Hotels
The Medich family has a rich heritage in the hotel sector, having developed and managed the El Toro and Stardust Hotels in the 1960s and 1970s, creating a focal point for the local communities during that time.
Medich Corporation has now founded Halcyon Hotels which has acquired two well-established Sydney hotels. With their prime locations, these hotels offer an opportunity for repositioning and redevelopment to create a quality destination for dining and entertainment – a return to the ‘halcyon days’ of hotel hospitality.
Halcyon Hotels is involved in the operational management of the Woolwich Pier Hotel, and will work in partnership with the tenant of the Woolloomooloo Bay Hotel to refurbish the iconic hotel.
