Hoxton Park Central
Medich Corporation acquired this prime 3.958 hectare site in Sydney’s rapidly growing south-west in 2006. With its excellent corner exposure, we redeveloped it into a prime retail centre. Hoxton Park Central officially opened in 2008 with a large new format Bunning’s Warehouse, Officeworks and Kennards Self Storage, as well as parking for 455 cars. A 503 sqm McDonald’s restaurant opened in February 2011, completing this development.
Medich Corporation continues to own and manage the property, having secured long-term leases with some of Australia’s best-known national retailers over a gross lettable area of approximately 27,126sqm. The centre is set to capitalise on the anticipated population growth within the main trade area (MTA), which already includes 154,330 people according to Pitney Bowes Business Insight.
