Lowes Creek
Medich Corporation owns Marallan Park which forms part of the 880 hectare Lowes Creek precinct, part of Sydney’s South West Growth Centre. The precinct will eventually include 6,000 residential homes as well as business and employment centres and a village centre.
There is strong demand for more affordability and choice in housing in the South West area, and the group bought this land in 1989 with that need in mind. Since then, we have been working with adjoining landowners to fulfil the potential of the precinct for the region.
Its prime location, with close connection to existing centres at Camden, Liverpool, Penrith and Leppington, make it ideal for both employment and housing. Once the current infrastructure issues are resolved, this land is ready for development.
